Think Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager – Front of House Manager to oversee guest-facing operations across restaurant dining, hotel food and beverage, bar and lounge, banquet, and event services. Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage and the General Manager, this role leads restaurant and bar teams, shares leadership with department managers, and helps deliver consistent service standards across daily operations and special events.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience initiatives across food and beverage operations.
• Oversee restaurant dining and bar operations.
• Coordinate hotel food and beverage, banquet, and event services.
• Lead restaurant and bar teams while sharing leadership with department managers.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to support service needs.
• Maintain service standards and promote consistent, high-quality execution.
• Monitor inventory control, purchasing, and menu requirements.
• Manage vendor relations and support effective operational partnerships.
• Prepare and review sales reports.
• Coordinate private dining events, weddings and social events, hotel banquets, and corporate meetings and receptions.
• Use inventory and purchasing platforms, event management software, and integrated hospitality technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Food Protection Manager certification.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification.
• Knowledge of restaurant management systems and integrated hospitality technology.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Experience with inventory management and purchasing platforms.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Experience with labor scheduling and budget management.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and vendor management skills.
• Experience coordinating private dining events, weddings and social events, hotel banquets, or corporate meetings and receptions.
