Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including, but not limited to, substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. Our clients hail from different backgrounds, necessitating a culturally responsive approach to therapy. Understanding the nuances of their experiences will enable you to build rapport and create effective therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • A valid, current license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York State.

  • A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations.
  • \n
  • A solid understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and facilitate effective client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
