Job Details:
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in construction defect and/or personal injury to support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple matters, understands litigation procedures, and can work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing case files from inception through trial
• Drafting and preparing pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Coordinating and responding to discovery (including document production)
• Preparing deposition notices, subpoenas, and summaries
• Assisting with trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness coordination
• E-filing in state courts (California experience preferred)
• Maintaining deadlines and calendaring key litigation events
