LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST

The NOW Massage – Greenwood Village, CO

Earn $55–$75 per service hour, including gratuity, plus up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform exceptional massage therapy services
• Consult with guests before each service to customize treatments based on their needs and health history
• Deliver outstanding 50- and 80-minute massage experiences
• Perform enhancement services and add-on treatments such as cupping, gua-sha, prenatal, and deep tissue
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room
• Build a loyal request clientele through exceptional guest care—we provide the guests for you to build a strong following
• Collaborate with our leadership team to provide a seamless guest experience
• Continue growing your skills through paid training and continuing education opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Colorado Massage Therapy License (DORA)
• Strong knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release, or spa experience is a plus—but not required

COMPENSATION

Typical total earnings: $55–$80 per service hour, including gratuity.

Compensation includes:

UP TO A $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

We’re offering qualified candidates up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus based on schedule commitment and availability.

The bonus is paid in quarterly installments while you remain actively employed and maintain your agreed-upon schedule.
