About the Role:

We are looking for a WarehouseAssociate to join our warehouse team in Odessa, FL. If you thrive in afast-paced, climate-controlled environment and have a passion for pets, this role is perfect for you!

What Youll Do:

• Accurately pack and ship products to major retailers like Amazon and Chewy, as well as directly to customers.
• Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and on time to meet shipping deadlines.
• Maintain organization and accuracy in our distribution center.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

What Were Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Proficiency in English reading and numerical recognition
Basic computer skills; ShipStation experience is a plus
Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude
