We are seeking skilled and dedicated Surgical Scrub Technicians, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about patient safety, teamwork, and surgical excellence.If you enjoy working alongside surgeons and perioperative professionals while contributing directly to positive patient outcomes, this is your opportunity to join a collaborative and highly respected surgical team.What You'll DoAs a member of our Surgical Services team, you will help ensure safe, efficient, and successful surgical procedures by maintaining a sterile environment and supporting the surgical team throughout each case.Key responsibilities include:Prepare and organize operating rooms, ensuring instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and sterileScrub in and assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, sutures, sponges, and other suppliesMaintain sterile technique and uphold infection prevention standards throughout surgical proceduresPerform sponge, needle, and instrument counts before and after proceduresHandle and label surgical specimens accuratelyAssist with patient positioning and surgical site preparationMonitor and communicate patient status changes to the RN and surgical team as appropriateClean, restock, and prepare operating rooms for subsequent proceduresCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and perioperative staff to ensure seamless patient careDocument intraoperative care and activities as required for LPN and RN rolesWhy You'll Love Working in Surgical ServicesWork alongside highly skilled surgeons and perioperative professionalsParticipate in a variety of surgical specialties and proceduresUtilize advanced technology and equipmentDevelop specialized surgical skills and clinical expertiseBe part of a close-knit team focused on excellence, safety, and patient outcomesOpportunities for professional growth and advancement within Surgical ServicesQualificationsSurgical Scrub TechnicianRequired: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology programPreferred: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), Previous Operating Room experienceScrub LPNRequired: Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, Graduate of an accredited LPN program, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationPreferred: Minimum one year of surgical experienceScrub RNRequired: Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationPreferred: Minimum one year of Operating Room experience, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain within six months of hireCompensationRegistered Nurse (RN)$31.25 - $46.88/hourLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)$23.00 - $34.50/hourSurgical Scrub Technician$25.25 - $39.38/hourAdditional Compensation OpportunitiesShift IncentivesEligible for evening, night, and weekend shift incentives based on company policies and applicable job codes.
