About the Role:

Join ASPIRE HAVEN GROUP HOMES LLC as a Registered Behavior Technician in Loganville, GA, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to promote skill development.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and adjust treatment strategies.
• Provide support and guidance to clients in social and community settings.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding client progress and needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
• Background check.
