Loan Servicing Specialist

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we are looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist for our credit union client. Ranked Top 10 Best Places to Work in financial services in AZ for 2025 by AZBIGMEDIA.

The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:

• Process one month loan extensions.
• Process loan due date changes.
• Add, cancel or update an automatic loan payment transfer.
• Order auto titles and send documents for an out of state title transfer request.
• Process documentation from insurance companies for a total loss.
• Process and send consumer loan payoff statements.
• General Loan Servicing duties including but not limited to
  • Email or mail requested loan documentation.
  • Pick up mail from the post office box.
  • Sort and distribute incoming internal, external and FedEx mail.
  • Prepare and mail internal FedEx shipments.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 1+ years working in a bank or credit union, with lending or loan servicing experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (Teams, Outlook); lending software a plus.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Pay Rate Range : $23.00 - 24.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
