Quality Control Supervisor

Check and improve all optimized machine centers Responsible for the Monthly PMs and calibrations of all Optimizers and graders Monitoring and giving feedback on Kiln quality and moisture Ability to work interdepartmentally with managers and communicate issues of concern with non reports. Check, report, and improve mill product distribution and flow Monitor recovery trends Weekly yard audits for lumber placement and stack quality. Run Simulations to predict how product and price changes with affect the mill, make suggestions to the Gm on opportunities in the mill. Implement and perform efficiency studies related to the overall process Here’s What You’ll Need: Understanding of electronics Understand scanning, optimization, and processing Understanding lumber grade and quality.
