Job Title: Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN PT - MC Address: Annandale, VA Job Description Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions. Accurate documentation of patient medical history using electronic health records. Critical Information This position requires onsite work as needed. Shifts may be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours. Availability for two or three weekdays and every other weekend is expected. Temporary/contract position with potential for permanent conversion. Education/Licenses Needed Must have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse. Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting required.
