Here, you'll be a creative force, shaping products that empower people across the globe.Join us on this journey to redefine resource management—and change lives along the way.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, and paid social media.Optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels to drive growth.Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.Analyze campaign performance metrics, A/B test ad creatives, and optimize ad spend for maximum efficiency.Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets.Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.Manage email marketing campaigns and customer acquisition funnels.Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new digital marketing technologies.Develop retargeting and customer segmentation strategies to improve user retention and lifetime value.RequirementsAround 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and keyword research strategies.Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools.Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize ad spend for ROAS and CAC.Experience with email marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) is a plus.Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives, landing pages, and social media campaigns.Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional teams.What Benefits Are We Offering?Apple hardware ecosystem for work.Annual bonus.Top-tier health and life insurance for peace of mind.Transportation budget to support your commute needs.Coverflex benefits package for meal allowances, well-being, and more.Childcare support.Air Conference - an opportunity to meet the team, collaborate, and grow together.Pension fund to support your long-term financial planning.Urban Sports Club membership to keep you active.Meals 100% free at the hub.Diversity & InclusionAt Air Apps, we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
