Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate to join the Securities and Capital Markets Group in Washington, DC. This role offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, engaging in business development and client-facing activities, while supporting career development and excellent client service. Duties Collaborate with shareholders on diverse legal matters. Participate in business development and client interactions. Handle debt and equity offerings, M&A transactions, and SEC compliance. Requirements 3-6 years of experience in corporate, securities, capital markets, and M&A at an AM Law 100 firm. Experience with debt and equity offerings, M&A transactions, and SEC compliance. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. J.D. degree with strong academic credentials. Admitted and in good standing in Illinois, New York, District of Columbia, or Florida. Skills Strong transactional skills. Experience with securitizations and aviation clients is an asset.
