• Provide differentiated English language instruction based on students’ proficiency levels.
• Create engaging activities that develop vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Use assessments to identify student needs and monitor language growth.
• Support English language learners in accessing grade-level academic content.
• Work closely with classroom teachers to integrate language development across subjects.
• Maintain student progress records and instructional documentation.
• Encourage a culturally responsive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate student progress and learning needs with families and school staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in TESOL, ESL, Education, English, or a related field.
• Valid state teaching license or ESL/TESOL endorsement, as applicable.
• Experience teaching multilingual or English language learners preferred.
• Knowledge of differentiated and culturally responsive instructional practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create a supportive environment that encourages language development and student confidence.
