Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and home health settings

Assignment Details

• Hospital setting with a caseload that is primarily outpatient and may also include inpatient, swing bed, and home health
