Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging across inpatients, outpatients, OR, fluoroscopy, and portable exams for all age groups.
- Prepare and position patients, apply shielding, and follow ALARA principles to ensure image quality and safety.
- Operate radiology equipment, adjust exposure factors, and verify image quality; troubleshoot basic equipment issues as needed.
- Document procedures and store images in the EMR (EPIC experience preferred) with accurate labeling and workflow communication.
- Collaborate with radiology team and OR staff; adapt to varied vendor x-ray systems and maintain vigilance for patient safety during procedures.
- Be flexible to float to other sites as needed (not more than one site per day) and participate in weekend coverage as required.

Requirements
- ARRT Certification in Radiology and active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license (MA license) required at submission; MA license must be active.
- Submission must include 2 recent manager/supervisor references in the matching specialty; skills checklist appropriate to the specialty.
- Current AHA BLS certification; flu vaccine required during the season.
- EPIC EMR experience preferred.
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule including weekends; must have a valid driver's license with address that matches demographics.
- Cannot have worked permanently at any Cambridge facility.
