What We Offer Our Cnas:

$18–$20 per hour plus shift differential! 12-hour shifts available: Days: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM 401(k) with company match – full-time employees Excellent healthcare benefits – medical, dental, vision & more Professional development & tuition reimbursement opportunities

What You'll Do:

Assist residents with activities of daily living Provide compassionate, high-quality care Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment Work closely with nurses and the healthcare team Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families Bring a positive attitude and caring heart to work every day

What We're Looking For:

Active CNA certification Compassionate and dependable attitude Team player with excellent communication skills Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
