This role offers hands‑on ownership across the full product lifecycle, working in a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary environment.Design and develop precision mechanical components and assemblies using CAD tools, supporting optical and electromechanical systemsOwn designs from concept through prototyping, validation, and release to productionBuild, assemble, and debug prototype hardware, supporting system‑level testing and troubleshootingCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirementsCreate detailed engineering documentation, including drawings with GD&T, BOMs, and change management recordsSupport new product introduction and early production builds, working with manufacturing and supply chain partnersAll About YouWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
