Project Architect

We are a full service Architecture, Engineering, and Surveying firm providing commercial and institutional design services throughout Alaska. We focus on State, Federal and Military projects. We support an inclusive, fun and design oriented atmosphere focused on designing spaces to improve the lives of State & Federal employees and the Men & Women in our Armed Forces. Duties & Responsibilities: Design building concepts, images, interior designs and visions to meet client needs Detailed design of all occupied spaces and building envelopes to meet life safety and constructability needs Leadership of engineers, specialists and construction contractors for an enduring, sustainable structure Construction cost estimating Construction job site inspections and observation Coordinating with project partners and stakeholders through construction College graduate with a 4-year Bachelor of Architecture or 6-year Master of Architecture degree from an NAAB accredited institution Licensed in any of the 50 States preferred, but not required. Commercial/institutional building architectural or construction experience Multidiscipline design project management experience Desire to mentor emerging professionals Proficiency in Revit is desired Works effectively within team environmentsDriven, focused, and manages time well Good communication and leadership skills Currently living in Alaska or looking for architectural adventure Construction industry related work experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
