Job Description

Lead Electrician will play a crucial role in managing and executing electrical installations for industrial projects. Responsible for leading a small team, this position ensures that all electrical work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards. This position primarily operates at a single location, utilizing standard electrical tools and equipment to execute projects at a high level of safety and accuracy. will install Breakers, disconnects, conduit, wiring, lights, receptacles, switches, and wiring in HVAC Units as required.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical installation projects in industrial settings
  • Manage and guide a small team of electricians (1-4 members)
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards
  • Oversee the proper use of electrical tools and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on site
  • Coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and specifications

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical work
  • Proficient in electrical wiring, circuit testing, and troubleshooting
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Knowledge of safety compliance in electrical projects
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
