Job Opening: Architectural Woodworking Estimator Location : St. Louis, Missouri Employment Type : Full-Time Industry : High-End Millwork / Architectural Woodworking / Custom Woodworking Key Responsibilities Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate cost estimates Prepare detailed take-offs of millwork components and materials Solicit and analyze vendor and subcontractor pricing Prepare and submit timely and competitive bid proposals Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project scopes and resolve discrepancies Track bid results and maintain estimating database for historical cost analysis Requirements 3+ years of experience in estimating for architectural millwork, custom woodworking, construction or manufacturing Strong understanding of woodworking methods, materials, and construction documents Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.) Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and shop drawings Preferred Qualifications Certification in construction management, architecture, or related field Familiarity with AWI (Architectural Woodwork Institute) standards Experience in either commercial or high-end residential millwork projects What We Offer Competitive salary and quarterly company performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO) Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career growth and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
