Reporting to the president and serving as a member of the president’s cabinet, the interim vice president provides strategic and operational leadership for enrollment management and student affairs functions that support student success, engagement, retention, and graduation. the interim vice president leads a student-centered division that includes admissions, financial aid, registrar, counseling services, wellness, housing and residence life, student activities, greek life, and conduct and community standards. Working closely with academic and administrative leadership, the role is expected to support enrollment growth, strengthen retention and persistence efforts, enhance operational effectiveness, and advance a positive and inclusive student experience. the client seeks an experienced, collaborative higher education leader with demonstrated expertise in strategic enrollment management, student success initiatives, organizational leadership, and cross-functional partnership development.
