Manager, Cyber Technical - IAM

Job Overview As a Manager, Cyber Technical (IAM), you will be a key member of the identity and access management operations and certifications team. You’ll lead innovative, data‑driven solutions that strengthen Capital One’s security posture and improve operational efficiency. What You’ll Do Manage both quantitative and qualitative analysis for complex data structures to generate actionable business insight and support IAM strategy. Analyze data requirements and requests from management, define operational problems, and develop models and frameworks for validation and problem solving. Lead a team of cyber data analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight. Architect, engineer, and deploy enterprise‑grade IAM frameworks by utilizing advanced data engineering and programmatic automation to build resilient, high‑availability identity solutions. Present complex data analysis concepts to diverse audiences in non‑technical areas in clear and concise terms. Basic Qualifications High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification. At least 4 years of experience in Information Security. At least 1 year of experience supporting SailPoint Applications. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 2+ years of experience in people management. 5+ years of development and operations experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. 3+ years of development and operations experience in SailPoint ISC. 4+ years of experience in implementation, configuration, customization and deployment in an enterprise environment. 4+ years of experience in Java, JavaScript, Selenium, JSON, XML, Python and REST development. 3+ years of experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server or Postgres. 3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX or Tableau. 1+ year of experience designing, developing, delivering and supporting AI tools and services.
