Immediately Hiring: Order Pullers – Warehouse Associates

Leola, PA | $16/hr | 1st shift, Full-Time

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Order Pullers to join a leading distribution team in Leola, PA. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pull customer orders using RF scanners and summary sheets

• Retrieve products from warehouse shelves and stage for shipment

• Verify item quantities, conditions, and labeling for accuracy

• Restock and organize warehouse bins, shelves, and overstock areas

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

• Assist with loading/unloading, inventory, and special warehouse projects

Requirements:

• 6+ months of warehouse or order picking experience preferred

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift

• Reliable and detail-oriented with good time management skills

• Comfortable using ladders and RF devices for inventory tracking

• Experience in warehouse or production setting required

• Must be able to read and communicate in English
