Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and manage data into internal databases and software systems.

• Retrieve data from various sources for reporting or analysis purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and input required data.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Assist in administrative support and documentation management as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher is a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry tools; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
• High typing speed with excellent accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
