The DaaS Customer Management team owns the key platforms that power many of our relationships with customers, including everything from marketing to new customers to managing credit limits for existing customers. Our mission is to deliver the technology ecosystem needed to meet customers with the right offers and experiences in every moment. These platforms are on the cusp of a major investment cycle to support enterprise-wide innovation initiatives and potentially a complete rebuild. We are on a journey to unlock new customer experiences and paradigms for how we enable customer management, and you could be at the driver’s seat of that strategy. 
We’re looking to hire a product leader who spikes in both deep technical understanding and long-term business strategy to rapidly refine work for multiple platform projects that are critical to unlocking the next horizon of how we can support customers & unlock business leverage

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management

McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management

New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
