Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed assessments, carefully evaluating clients' trauma histories to tailor effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies aimed at promoting resilience and recovery.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that help clients process their experiences and develop effective coping mechanisms.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrative and holistic approach to client care.

• Respond to crisis situations with timely interventions during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and resources available to assist in recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, professional development workshops, and ongoing training related to trauma-informed care practices.

• Engage with contemporary research and literature on trauma therapy to continuously enhance personal skill sets and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your critical role will focus on serving individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including survivors of violence, abuse, and neglect. You will engage with a diverse client base, offering tailored therapeutic interventions to support their recovery journey and improve their overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, particularly with trauma-focused therapies.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-focused treatment modalities and resilience-building techniques.
\n
• Excellence in interpersonal communication, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering group therapy and crisis intervention services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
