What You'll Do

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

• Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse.

• Accurately receive incoming shipments and prepare outbound orders.

• Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues.

• Pick, pack, wrap, label, and stage orders for customer delivery.

• Perform inventory transactions, stock rotation, and cycle counts.

• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement.

• Assist with pallet repair, warehouse organization, and facility upkeep.

• Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following OSHA safety standards.

• Collaborate with shipping, receiving, customer service, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.

• Ability to safely stack, store, and transport materials.

• Comfortable using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and warehouse technology.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.

• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Avon, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
