Customer Experience Lab Premier Service Consultant

The Customer Experience Lab is a team of service and sales consultants responsible for handling customer inquiries related to billing, service, loyalty, retention, technical support, and sales. What makes this team unique is its role in testing new customer experiences, processes, systems, and policies before they are implemented across the broader organization. Team members help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to meaningful business change.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition, sales, service, and retention, you'll provide solutions to prospective and existing customers that enhance their experience, improve satisfaction, and build loyalty.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Handle customer interactions through calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels in a fast-paced environment.

Resolve customer issues related to service, billing, payments, collections, and account maintenance.

Explain bills, products, services, rate plans, and features clearly and confidently.

Perform basic troubleshooting and engage additional support when needed.

Recommend products and services that best meet customer needs.

Build customer confidence and loyalty through timely and effective resolutions.

Support a variety of customer inquiries, including technical support requests.

Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Participate in paid training and ongoing development opportunities.

Additional Lab Responsibilities

Identify customer pain points and root causes and provide feedback to leadership.

Participate in collaboration sessions designed to influence future customer experiences.

Receive training on new processes and systems and serve as an early adopter in testing initiatives.

What You Can Look Forward To

Pay Transparency

Our Premier Service Consultants earn $20.16 per hour.
