CrossFit Coach

Job Title Fit Factory is looking for experienced coaches to be part of our home-grown CrossFit Factory Program! We are looking for someone who can teach our morning classes! CrossFit is "constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity". This means we are constantly changing workouts that incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, and monostructural elements (Running, Rowing and Biking) to help our athletes strive to be the best they can be both inside the gym and out in their daily lives. Our coaching style is centered around creating a progressive, safe and fun workout regimen designed for all fitness levels and focused on results. Classes are held in a 3,500 sq ft room inside of the club, equipped with a rig, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, and all of the equipment you would expect in a CrossFit Box! Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Coaching and leading athletes through a WOD (workout of the day). Handling all issues pertaining to training under the Fit Factory training philosophy.
