Job Description

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs all general nuclear medicine procedures in an efficient and timely manner, utilizing prescribed imaging protocols while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Conducting general nuclear medicine procedures according to established protocols.
• Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of nuclear medicine equipment.
• Monitoring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Documenting procedures accurately in the Meditech documentation system.
• Participating in quality improvement processes and compliance standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ARRT Nuclear Medicine certification.
