Billing Clerk Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service.
• The Billing Clerk will perform general clerical duties, including filing, organizing, and maintaining office records.
• Process billing and maintain accurate documentation.
• The Billing Clerk will support the day-to-day operations of the transportation department.
• Communicate with internal staff to coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in resolving customer issues by providing updates and collaborating with team members.
• The Billing Clerk will perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications for the Billing Clerk Role

• Previous administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
