Job Title: Float Team Member (Assisted Living)

Location: The Iris Senior Living, Great Falls, MT

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (32–40 hours) for back up 

About the Role:
We’re looking for a flexible, dependable Float Team Member to join our assisted living community! This unique role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work and being a “go-to” support person. As a Float, you’ll be cross-trained in multiple departments and step in to cover shifts when other team members are on vacation, out sick, or need extra help.

What You’ll Do:

• Train and work in multiple departments (caregiving, activities, dining services, housekeeping, etc.)

• Provide back-up coverage across the community to ensure smooth daily operations

• Support residents by assisting with daily needs, activities, and meals as needed

• Work closely with department supervisors and team members to fill in where you’re most needed

• Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to every shift

What We’re Looking For:

• Flexibility and willingness to work in different roles depending on the day

• Reliable and dependable with good communication skills

• Compassionate, patient, and caring toward residents and coworkers

• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills

• Previous experience in assisted living, healthcare, or customer service is a plus (but not required—we provide training!)
