We're looking for a dynamic Medical Records Assistant to join our team for a part-time role.
Duties Include:
Daily/Weekly/Monthly audits and follow up
Review audits and reports from PointClickCare with departments
Maintain notes and minutes for Monthly/Quarterly QA and QAPI meetings
Discharge Chart audits and breakdown
Other assigned tasks
Qualifications include:
At least 1 year of SNF experience with Medical Records
Coding Certifications a plus
Health Information Certification a plus
Able to work independently and as a team
