The RoleSAP Consultant FI/COManaging full life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA in the area of SAP Finance and/or ControllingEvaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practicesPlanning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard WorkshopsSolution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measuresEnsuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team membersSparring partner for the client and project management responsibilitiesRequirementsHave at least 8-10 years of experience in this area.At least 3-5 Full Project Lifecycles of work experience in the area of SAP FI/CO /FSCM;Profound Finance and Controlling process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specificationsMust have implementation experience and hands on configuration knowledgeS/4HANA project experience and/or certificationPreferably experienced in international template rollout projectsHigher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalentHave experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiencesHave a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilienceHave excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.Project-related mobility/willingness to travelEstimated annual compensation will be $154,375 - $193,125Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Infosys employee you are also eligible for the following benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsuranceLong-term/Short-term DisabilityHealth and Dependent Care Reimbursement AccountsInsurance (Accident, Critical Illness , Hospital Indemnity, Legal)401(k) plan and contributions dependent on salary levelPaid holidays plus Paid Time OffCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
