Collaborate closely with the CEO to transition from COO to President, taking full ownership of operations and strategic execution. Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and structures to support the client’s growth and operational efficiency. Lead efforts to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction, focusing on subscription-based business models. Cultivate a high-performance culture, attracting and retaining top talent while fostering collaboration and accountability. Ensure financial targets, including EBITDA and margin expansion, are met through effective P&L management and strategic planning. Utilize AI-driven tools and workflows to optimize operations and decision-making processes, enhancing overall efficiency. Drive the transition from promotional-revenue dependence to lifecycle-driven growth, focusing on long-term strategic value. Prepare the organization for a strategic exit, ensuring operational readiness and maximizing valuation potential. Lead operational teams to achieve key performance indicators, including MAU growth and profitability targets. Implement scalable hiring systems and performance review frameworks to support organizational growth. Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI cascades to ensure visibility and accountability across teams. Optimize financial performance by managing gross, contribution, and operating margins effectively. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture, ensuring alignment with the client’s mission and values. Utilize AI tools and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance and continuity in operations. Prepare the organization for a strategic exit, aligning operations and financials with market expectations. President Job Requirements Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with extensive experience in operational leadership roles. Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership positions, preferably scaling subscription-based or membership-driven businesses. Proven track record of scaling businesses from $100M to $250M+ in revenue. Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and margin optimization. AI-native mindset, leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency and strategic planning. Exceptional communication skills, capable of synthesizing inputs and articulating clear action plans. Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. Experience preparing organizations for strategic exits, ensuring operational and financial readiness.
