About the Position

Job Title: Polysomnography Tech II Profession: Polysomnography Tech Specialty: RPSGT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of one year clinical experience in sleep License: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or equivalent Certifications: Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association) Must-Have: POLYSOMNOGRAPHY SLEEP DISORDER EVALUATION DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES THERAPEUTIC SERVICES PATIENT CARE Description: Effectively finds, uses, and provides information as needed. Demonstrates awareness of current plans of care. Shows understanding of age and developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive care. Accurately documents in real-time. Responds to changing patient priorities. Provides patient and family education resulting in high-quality diagnostic testing and outcomes. Demonstrates accuracy, efficiency, and completeness in products and processes. Performs tasks with appropriate urgency and accuracy while reducing waste through proactive measures. Prioritizes tasks based on identification of urgency. Demonstrates proficiency in job-related software. Follows established procedures and policies.
