Entry Level Marketing & Sales Assistant

Responsibilities Include: Assist with daily marketing, sales, and customer acquisition campaigns Communicate with customers face-to-face in a professional and positive manner Present product, service, and promotional information clearly and confidently Help answer customer questions and provide helpful solutions Support sales and marketing team members with campaign coordination and follow-up Build and maintain strong customer and client relationships Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development workshops Track customer interactions, campaign activity, and sales-related updates Support local outreach, promotional events, brand awareness efforts, and client presentations Work with team members to improve customer engagement and campaign results Learn entry-level business development, sales strategy, and customer service skills

Ideal candidates will have: Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to work on-site in Memphis, TN Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work well in a team-focused environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and self-motivation Customer-focused mindset and willingness to help others Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively Comfort speaking with customers and clients in person Interest in sales, marketing, customer service, promotions, business, or leadership Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, marketing, promotions, events, restaurants, or client relations is helpful but not required.
