About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead the development and execution of its enterprise technology strategy. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and long-term business growth. This executive will have a broad range of responsibilities, including leading ERP strategy, overseeing cybersecurity, and driving initiatives in cloud technologies, business intelligence, and manufacturing systems. A strong partnership with various business leaders is essential to improve operational performance through technology. The role also involves building and leading a high-performing IT organization, managing technology budgets, and ensuring that technology solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with the company's growth strategy. Applicants for the CIO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CIO or equivalent senior technology executive role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading enterprise technology organizations within a manufacturing environment, with extensive experience in enterprise ERP platforms. Strong executive presence, the ability to influence cross-functional leadership, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field are required. Preferred qualifications include experience with specific ERP systems, industrial automation, smart factory initiatives, cloud migrations, and advanced technical degrees. The role demands a strategic leader who can align technology initiatives with business objectives and is adept at managing large technology budgets and vendor partnerships.
