Cornerstone Therapies is a pediatric company that provides multidisciplinary services that include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy. Our clinic provides services to neurodiverse individuals and individuals with developmental or behavioral deficits. We're looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys working with children and making an impact in their lives!

The ABA candidate would provide direct therapy to children with developmental and behavioral deficits, while getting weekly support by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Services are provided in the clinic, home, community, and school settings. We are currently looking for a part time candidate to work afternoons (3-6) but will consider full time position for a strong candidate.

Additionally, we have meeting times that are used for team building, staff motivation, continued education, or team meetings.

Our therapists are provided with continuing education through in-house trainings, paid RBT training and QBS Safety Care Training. Additionally, our BCBAs provide direct supervision weekly for cases to ensure our therapists are provided adequate support and training.

• Consistency: Our therapists are provided consistent weekly work schedules that are managed by our front office staff. FT Work hours- 9:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday only.

Job Requirements:

• Provide individual ABA therapy with the direct supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
• Must have a high school diploma, Bachelor's degree completed or in process, with one-year experience working with kids
• Available afternoons (2pm-6pm) Monday - Friday (for part time)
• Must have own reliable transportation with a valid ID and proof of insurance
• Proof of immunizations and TB required
• Must pass a background check
• Organized, familiar with excel
• Good time management skills
• Creative, enjoy working with children

Physical requirements:

• Walking, occasional running stand, twist, sitting, kneeling, stooping, sit/play on floor for extended periods of time.
• Be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Attend to the safety of the child and surroundings is required.

Expected Compensation: ($22-24 Base Level Therapist, $24-26 Mid Level Therapist, $26-28 Senior Thera post, $28-30 Mentor Therapist)

Hourly rate incentives for experience and other specialty.
