3rd Shift Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire

Starting around $30.00/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium

Pro Resources is partnering with Key Fasteners in Berne, IN to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity. This is a stable, long-term position with excellent benefits, strong bonus potential, and no overtime or weekends required.

Schedule

• Training: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM for at least three months
• Regular Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM-7:30 AM, Monday-Friday

Pay and Benefits

• Starting around $30.00/hour, based on experience
• Additional $1.50/hour premium for 3rd shift
• Performance bonuses of up to $5,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades
• Diagnose machinery issues and minimize production downtime
• Recommend improvements to equipment and manufacturing processes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and reliable production environment

What We're Looking For

• At least three years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Manufacturing experience or a solid hands-on mechanical background, such as automotive or farm equipment repair
• Dependable problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• A stable work history and interest in building a long-term career
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Berne, IN
