RN - SNF Profession: RN Specialty: Skilled Nursing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Registered Nurse License: Current RN license Certifications: Current certification in CPR Must-Have: Ability to utilize knowledge of residents' age and cultural diversity into the provision of care Description: This position is responsible for the delivery of resident care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documenting direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery and the achievement of desired resident outcomes. Supports the organization’s vision and mission. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in resident care.
