Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Experience Strategist with UX

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive digital experience strategy across web properties and digital marketing channels, with a focus on property listings platforms.
• Partner with global marketing, business, product, content, and technology teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.
• Analyze digital ecosystems, user journeys, and regional market differences to develop actionable recommendations.
• Support business growth through web strategy, lead generation, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to CMS strategy, web governance, information architecture, and platform scalability.
• Leverage emerging technologies such as AI, automation, personalization, and data-driven marketing to enhance digital experiences.
• Establish and measure KPIs to continuously improve digital performance and ROI.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Digital Marketing Strategy and multi-channel marketing.

• Expertise in:

• SEO/SEM
• Email Marketing
• Lead Nurturing
• Retargeting
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

• Deep understanding of AI, automation, personalization, and emerging digital trends.
• Proven experience in Web Strategy, CMS Platforms, and digital experience management.

• Ability to evaluate complex digital ecosystems and convert findings into clear business strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working within global B2B organizations preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• IDEO Design Thinking methodology.
• Structured workshop facilitation experience.
• Familiarity with property listing platforms.
• Experience with design thinking and prototyping tools.

Work Site : New York / Remote

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible extension)
