Dairy Queen - 915 W 4th Ave - Responsibilities: Lead and manage dining room and kitchen operations to deliver fan-first service.; Assist the General Manager with hiring, training, and coaching Shift Leads and Crew Members.; Monitor inventory and cash controls to meet brand standards.; Maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members; ensure PRIDE systems are followed.; Address issues impacting the restaurants profit and loss and contribute to local store marketing initiatives.
