Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Part-time On-call After Hours Hospice RN to provide high‑quality after‑hours hospice nursing care across King and Pierce counties. Deliver after‑hours hospice nursing visits, urgent care interventions, and skilled assessments Manage triage calls, determine needed interventions, and complete in‑person visits as required Provide pain and symptom management in accordance with hospice standards of care Educate patients and families on hospice philosophy, medications, and care expectations Document all assessments and interventions accurately and efficiently Communicate promptly with the interdisciplinary hospice team (IDT) to ensure continuity of care Participate in QAPI and quality improvement initiatives as needed Qualifications Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license Hospice agency experience required Current AHA BLS certification Strong clinical assessment and independent decision‑making skills Ability to work autonomously during evening, night, and early‑morning hours Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license Interested?
