About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Property Management to take on a highly visible leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing property management operations across a substantial industrial portfolio in multiple markets, with a focus on driving operational excellence, portfolio performance, and tenant satisfaction. This role involves leading and developing both internal and third-party property management teams, as well as partnering with executive leadership, asset management, and construction to maximize net operating income, implement scalable processes, and support the growth of the portfolio. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' commercial real estate experience, with a strong emphasis on industrial property management. Key qualifications include a proven track record in leading large, multi-market property management teams, a robust background in operations, budgeting, capital projects, financial performance, and strategic planning. The role also requires experience in driving process improvements, technology initiatives, and operational scalability, as well as the ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. A Bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement for this position.
