Onsite Support Analyst
Location: Crowley, TX 76036
Employment Type: Contract
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Support Analyst to join our client's team in the information technology sector. In this role, you will contribute to providing expert desktop support, resolving incidents and service requests, and maintaining computer hardware and software systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-line investigation and diagnosis for desktop and laptop incidents.
- Resolve and close incidents and service requests as per help desk procedures and allocated timelines.
- Communicate with customers regarding incident progress and ensure tickets are updated until issues are resolved.
- Conduct customer satisfaction callbacks and surveys.
- Perform hardware and software maintenance and support.
- Assist with infrastructure setup and renovation projects at the location.
- Mentor junior members on the team and manage small, low-risk IT projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in desktop support and IT service management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with IT policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience with network equipment maintenance and server team assistance.
- Knowledge of IT security issues and virus elimination.
