Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their unique needs, goals, and preferences. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring techniques to suit individual client requirements. \n
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies. \n
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. \n
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care. \n
- Stay informed on advancements in mood disorder research to continually enhance treatment methodologies. \n
- Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines by maintaining accurate, confidential client documentation. \n
- Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and collaboration within the team. \n
- Advocate for clients' mental health needs within the community, promoting awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues. \n
As a member of our telehealth team, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Your patient population will include a diverse range of demographics, allowing you to use your knowledge and skills to cater to various cultural backgrounds and personal challenges. - Current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
