You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel. We find and schedule the jobs for you, and you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service that our clients have come to expect from us. You will work out of your home, to travel to job sites in the greater Pensacola area, Perdido Key, Gulf Breeze, and nearby suburbs. Essential Functions: Interact with our scheduling app to prepare for upcoming service calls Communicate with homeowner about details of repair project Prepare workspace for maximum safety and cleanliness Complete home repair project in a timely manner Submit project photos and details in our scheduling app Invoice customer in our user-friendly scheduling app Collect payment and submit all paperwork to office Specific qualifications for the role include: Experience and Education Successful prior track record as a Craftsman 10+ years residential remodeling experience and estimation experience, strongly preferred Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Proficient use of smart phone and/or tablet functionality for use of our scheduling app Highschool diploma or equivalent Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to perform tasks in multiple trades such as carpentry, drywall, tile and paint Minor electrical and plumbing, preferred but not necessary Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades Current and valid driver’s license Residence in Escambia or Santa Rosa County Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong documentation and invoicing skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Behaviors Demonstrates integrity Displays initiative Takes ownership Good listener Precise Thorough Trustworthy Resourceful Highly competent and confident Shows maturityComfortable being transparent Humble Focused Thank you for reading through our whole post, it is imperative to us that we find the best match for us, and the best match for you.
