Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Akron, Ohio.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Endoscopy\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/05/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Days, 5x8hrs\n Hours: 40 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 5, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring an experienced Endoscopy RN for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring an active OH or compact RN license and call coverage.Details\n \n Endoscopy unit setting within a hospital environment\n Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, with start times ranging between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM\n No weekend shift work required unless called in\n 1-2 weekday on-call shifts per week following the scheduled shift until 7:00 AM\n 1-2 weekend on-call shifts per 6 weeks, covering 24 hours on both Saturday and Sunday\n Must respond within one hour when called in\n Potential on-call coverage for Labor Day\n Requirements\n \n Active OH RN license or compact state RN license required, in hand at time of consideration\n Current BLS and ACLS certifications required\n Minimum of 12 months permanent Endoscopy experience required\n One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the Endoscopy specialty required\n COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required, with medical or religious exemptions only\n Additional Information\n \n Provide direct patient care within the Endoscopy department\n Complete facility-required ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation, with up to two attempts allowed to pass\n Expected to work every other holiday\n Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate\n Cannot have worked a permanent role at Cleveland Clinic within the past year to be eligible\n Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free policy\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-709606.
