About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Connected Care to take on a pivotal leadership role in defining and executing the vision for enterprise-connected care and ambulatory access. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of patient access, including the direct oversight of patient support center operations, referral management, and the execution of consumer-driven models of care. This role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of moving between high-level planning and practical execution to ensure the success of patient access initiatives. The Executive Director will also be a key partner with clinical operations, technology, and revenue cycle leaders, and must be adept at maintaining strong partnerships and managing service level agreements. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of executive experience in health system operations or performance improvement, and at least 5 years' in a patient access or ambulatory leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technology-enabled operational change in healthcare settings, with a strong working knowledge of ambulatory clinic operations. Experience in process improvement and Lean/Six Sigma is essential, and certification in these areas is preferred. The role demands a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage people effectively, and a talent for turning strategic goals into measurable results.
